Information we process

FuelzApp processes account identity, company and station information, subscription and invoice references, support messages, and operational records needed to provide the service. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by FuelzApp.

How information is used

We use information to operate and secure customer accounts, provide station services, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell customer information.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and payment providers to host the service and process billing. They receive only the information required to perform those services under their own data-protection obligations.

Retention and security

Records are retained for the duration of the customer relationship and as required for billing, security, and legal obligations. Access is restricted by role and sensitive traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

Customers may update billing details through the customer portal and may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible data by contacting [email protected].

This operational policy should be reviewed by counsel for the jurisdictions where FuelzApp is offered.
